The Youth Boxing Class is conducted twice per week. You and your trainer will schedule your youth boxing class schedule allowing for more flexibility. The price is per child.

KEY FOCUSES

The class will focus on key areas of development such as cardiovascular, overall muscle strength, boxing fundamentals such as stance and more. The youth will learn boxing fundamentals and have an opportunity to put on boxing gloves and hit the bag to perfect their technique.
