NKD BOXING CLASSES
Located at 4120 East Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV is a private 25,000+ square foot gym known as Naked Athletix. NKD offers Adult Boxing Classes conducted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On these dates there will be one class conducted for a duration of one hour. Kids Boxing Classes are conducted every Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:00PM and ending at 6:00PM. This class costs $99 per month for kids. For adults the Adult Boxing Classes are conducted every Monday and Thursday at 6:00PM and will last one hour ending at 7:00PM. The cost for the Adult Boxing Class is $150 per adult. Classes fill up quickly so be sure to join now or ask about joining by visiting the gym in person.
BOXING CLASS LOCATION
All boxing classes are conducted on site at 4120 East Craig Road in North Las Vegas. NKD hosts a 25 thousand square foot facility that holds work out equipment, a boxing ring, punching bags, a kitchen, several specialized training areas, a lounge area for the youth and more. Our trainers are some of the best in their field and are happy to assist you in person or over the phone.
BOXING CLASS SCHEDULE
All Adult and Kids Boxing Classes are conducted on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays weekly. Times are always in the evenings and start from 5:00pm until our last class ends at 7:00pm. When you sign up you are able to join our weekly class immediately. You will want to wear loose attire and be ready to sweat. Our routines focus on key areas of health and fitness that coincide with the archetype build for boxing. No matter your size or shape, our classes are designed to get and keep you in shape.
BEGINNER BOXING CLASSES
In all of our classes we go over the different boxing style and techniques. We offer fitness routines designed to build strength, increase speed and get a feel for what it’s like to hit a punching bag. Beginners are able to confidently participate in our classes and build individually in a class and group setting.
SIGN UP TO GET STARTED
The Youth Boxing Class is conducted twice per week. You and your trainer will schedule your youth boxing class schedule allowing for more flexibility. The price is per child.
KEY FOCUSES
The class will focus on key areas of development such as cardiovascular, overall muscle strength, boxing fundamentals such as stance and more. The youth will learn boxing fundamentals and have an opportunity to put on boxing gloves and hit the bag to perfect their technique.
